Protein Pancake Mix
Easy as 1,2,3...4!
- Combine a 1/2 cup mix with a little less than a 1/2 cup water or milk (by little, we mean about 1 tablespoon less).**Note: For fluffier pancakes or waffles, make sure your batter is thick by adding more mix.
- For pancakes, pour mix into small circles on a medium-hot, lightly oiled pan. Wait until bubbles begin to form and pop (2-3 minutes), then gently flip and finish cooking on the other side (about 1 minute).
- For waffles, cook on a medium-hot waffle maker for about 5 minutes before removing.
- Serve with your favourite spread, syrup, fruit, or enjoy them on their own!
