Please contact info@bodysystems.ca within 24 hours if there is a problem with the order you received. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns

- A spoiled product

- A defective/damaged product

Unacceptable Reasons for Returns

- You opened the product and changed your mind

Promotional items such as free samples, T-shirts and shaker cups must also be returned along with the original products. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not included in the return shipment.

Please note that shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Before returning your products, please be sure to obtain a confirmation number from our return department or your package will not be accepted.

TO RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR A REFUND:

1. Send an email to info@bodysystems.ca with the subject: Return Authorization Code Request.

2. We will respond to your email with a Return Authorization Code and a mailing address for you to send to.

3. Clearly write your Return Authorization Code on your package and mail it to the address we provide.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*The returned product must arrive back to us within 30 days of the date of your purchase. The buyer is responsible for any associated shipping and handling fees of returning the products.
