Seated Alternating Dumbell Curls 4 Sets / 8-10 Reps
Standing Barbell Curls, 4 Sets / 12 Reps
Reverse Incline Bench DB Curls, 4 Sets / 8-10 Reps

Triceps:
Close Grip Bench Press 4 Sets
Tricep Cable Pushdowns 4 Sets
Lying Alternating Dumbell Extensions 4 Sets
