I’ve received alot of emails lately asking for help with gaining MASS…

Well, no better way for me to help than give the personal

DIET and SUPPLEMENTATION program of Guelph

Body Systems store owner Aaron Giberson.

Yeah that’s him in the pic above, at 6′4 and 320 pounds earlier this month….
(sorry for the clarity it was taken from my cell phone)

It’s pretty simple really, alot of protein, carbs, balanced and consistent

Aaron wanted to make sure I mentioned it took him a while to be able to consume this many calories in a day…it’s alot of volume… but preparing the meals and staying consistent is his key….

How much would this diet cost to maintain?

Quite alot I’m guessing. Owning the store probably helps a little.

Allright,

My weekly grocery bill is around 300 bucks … sometimes more if i eat out during the week. Owning the store has nothing to do with it, i’ve been eating like this for the past 5-6 years which takes me back to when i was a starving student, working 2 jobs AND yet some how i found the money to get by AND to buy my food.

A lot of the foods i eat are pretty cheap (i.e. Rice, pasta, tuna, eggs….).

Stay tuned, i was currently triming up for something BUT now its time to pack the size back on …. aiming to get back up to 340-350lbs!!!

What are your thoughts around cardio for maxing size and staying trim? There are many speculations and suggestions around it in the field? Being As tall as you are it makes sense that you need these calories but yet wouldnt there still be room for fat building concern? Anything would be much appreciated!

Have something to say?
